Eddie Napleton of the Napleton automotive group, is definetly his fathers son when it comes to passion for automotive. Eddie has had a passion for the automotive world his whole life and even followed in his father's footsteps by starting out as a young kid doing tasks like mopping the shop at one of the dealerships. Over the years, Eddie worked his way up through the ranks and eventually went to school for more knowledge in automotive. Eddie Napleton had the knowledge passed down from his father and others within the automotive group. Eddie was fortunate to learn from some great car guys, while growing up with technoology! This afforded him to take years old car knowledge and his knowledge of techonology and work to combine the two. As Eddie worked within the organization, he was able to take some new ideas and combine them with old tricks learned from his family to advance the orgainzation into the future. .

Combining Technology with years old dealership knowledge

As Eddie grew into different roles within the organization, he learned all aspects of the dealership world. With technology advancing so fast and the internet growing at a rapid rate, he learned the business, while also educating himself on the latest technologies. Eddie understood that his father's group would need to take advantage of these new technologies to give their customers a much easier, transparent buying process. Customers could now start shopping online and soon even submit credit applications from their own home. Eddie wanted to ensure this didn't pass the group by, so he started meeting with the leaders in automotive to see how he can help his father Edward Napleton advance the group into the future. Now, years later, Napleton Automotive is one of the most forward thinking automotive companies. They have continually worked to keep the latest and greatest technology in their dealerships. This helped the staff do their jobs more efficiently and allowed them to focus more on the customers. This also gave Napleton Automotive customers more oportunities to shop from home, set appointments online and much more. Edward Napelton, Eddie's dad was there by his side and continued what he is best at in growing the company to new levels.

Eddie Napleton has 3 sons and his wife Jami Napleton. Will Eddie's sons be the next round (5th generation car dealer)? Both Eddie and Edward Napleton adore the boys and spend every avialble moment with them. Edward Napleton is the proud grandfather to many grandchildren from each of his kids. We know one thing... If the kids follow in their parent's footsteps, the Napleton organization is in for a treat.
